Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with this booking and submitting payment, you (the "Client") acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms: Non-Refundable Retainer & Final Payment: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due and becomes fully non-refundable 30 days prior to the scheduled service date. All payments made within 30 days of the service date are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Legally Binding Agreement: Submission of payment constitutes your legal acceptance of these terms. This agreement is enforceable and binding. No exceptions will be made, and no refunds will be issued outside of these stated policies. Client Responsibility for Property Rules: It is solely the Client’s responsibility to: Confirm that decor services are permitted at the chosen location (e.g., vacation rental, hotel, venue). Disclose any specific property rules, restrictions, or guidelines that may affect decor setup or installation. Failure to provide accurate and timely information may result in denied access, cancellation of services, or property damage. In such cases, our company will not be held liable, and the Client remains fully responsible for any associated costs or losses. Service Limitations & Liability: Our company is not liable for: Any property damage resulting from uncommunicated or undisclosed property rules. Inability to complete services due to access issues, rental restrictions, or third-party interference. Any financial loss arising from non-compliance with property regulations or denied service access. Scope of Services: Services will be delivered according to the selected package and on the agreed service date. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate at the time of payment.
